If you would like to return your item please message us via our contact page. Products are eligible for return within 10 days of your delivery date according to tracking.
You will receive an email providing you with our return address.
Please note we are not responsible for return postage fees, or lost stolen or undelivered parcels.
Please note not all orders are eligible for a return or refund.
We do not accommodate returns or refunds for the following:
Change of mind or products ordered by mistake
Products received in a condition other than their original condition
If a package has been tracked as delivered however cannot be located by customer
Products opened and out of packaging, marked or damaged in any way
Orders that have the addresses inputted incorrectly at point of order.
We will process the refund to your original form of payment within five (5) working days after we have received and inspected your return product(s).
Credit or Debit Card – refunds may take up to five business days to post to your bank
Paypal – refunds may take 7-10 business days to post
Direct Bank Transfer – may take up to five business days to post to your bank
Afterpay – may take up to five business days to post to your bank
